Bed-head is no longer an issue with me since I've been using the Natural Silk Pillowcase ($47) from Beautyzzz. It is also great for the skin since it doesn't deplete skin from hydrating moisture. The amino acids in silk proteins resemble those found in human skin, which you will not find in traditional cotton pillowcases. This pillowcase is utterly soft and it does help me sleep a little better because of this. I've tried a cheapo satin pillowcase in the past, hoping that that it would reduce tangled tresses, but it did not help out at all!
